Our Terms and Conditions displayed on the website www.skinbliss.com.au contain certain terms and conditions relevant to the return of our Products ordered by you. For further details, please see our Terms and Conditions available at www.skinbliss.com.au/terms Where we have used capitalised terms in this Policy, those terms have the same meaning as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
In addition to our Terms and Conditions, this Returns Policy sets out our policies and procedures in relation to “change of mind” purchases of certain of our Products ordered by you.
We will accept Product returns if you change your mind within 5 days following the date on which you receive the Products. To qualify for a change of mind return and subject to clauses 10 to 12 of our Terms and Conditions, the Product/s must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging and/or labels intact. In addition, we do not accept change of mind returns for Products that were purchased on sale, as advertised on our Websites.
If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned Product/s, we will provide you with a store credit valid to the value of the returned Product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to you. Store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use at the website www.skinbliss.com.au
If we are not satisfied with the condition of the returned Product/s, the Product/s will be returned to you at your sole cost. Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are at the sole responsibility of the customer; the exception to this is where we have deemed the product to be faulty where we will arrange the method of return at our own cost.
